Price of the Goods

Every effort has been made to ensure that prices and product details are correct at the time of publishing this website. We reserve the right to make product changes, price changes and improvements during the validity period of the website. All Prices of products displayed are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Stock Availability

All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and we will refund back your credit/ money that has been charged for an item that is out of stock. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we may fill that part of your order for which stock is available.

Payment

The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is deducted from your Online Internet Banking or credit card (eGHL online credit card payment) method on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by Online Internet Banking (Online transfer / Bank In) and Visa, MasterCard (eGHL ).

Delivery Orders

The products will be dispatched from us by the working days (Working days: Monday - Saturday Excluding Sunday and Public Holidays). Transmit time is take 1 to 2 days, however some transmit time will be longer, is depend on courier service and area / country.

For non stock items, the estimated delivery time could take longer or we will refund back the money, please contact us for further details. Please note that the status of stock item status may vary from time to time.

Products shown on the website are based on stock availability and is on the first come first serve basis.

Delivery / Shipping charges

For West Malaysia ONLY - As a rule, shipping charges within West Malaysia for purchase 1st kg (included box weight count) will be charge at RM6.00 and the next 1kg will be charge on continuously RM1.60.

For East Malaysia - We can ship our products to you via Malaysia Shipments / Courier Services and the choice of registered mail. Just write to us for the products you wish to purchase, and we will give you the quotation, complete with delivery charges according to the country where you reside. We will send you an email invoice and Email Payment Method (eGHL) which you can made the payment through the Email Payment Method (eGHL) to us.

Refund

- In any rare case, if a product/s is defective or wrongly sent, we will bear all the shipping costs.
- For a defective or wrongly sent product/s, a new shipment will be sent upon receiving the proof of the returned product/s.
- If the right product is sent, with missing parts, the said parts will be shipped after contacting us.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

Once the goods are sold, return of products or claim for refund is not allowed which is in good condition.

Promotion Period

- All event promotion only launch in Online Pet Store (www.dodopet.com.my)with the timeline.
- At the promotion period, we will provide a vouchers code on the website, apply with terms and conditions, in order for customers online purchase.
