Shipping / Courier charges within West Malaysia:

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 -2 days after receipt of payment and are delivered via courier service with tracking number and drop-off with signature. Whichever courier services provided from us, we will provide you with a tracking number with courier service company name, so that you can ease to track your parcel / package at courier service online tracking page.

Whereas courier service charges vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

As a rule, shipping charges within West Malaysia for purchase 1st kg (included box weight count) will be charge at RM6.00 and the next 1kg will be charge on continuously RM1.60.

Shipping / Courier charges within East Malaysia (Included Pulau Labuan):

We can ship our products to you via Malaysia Shipments / Courier Services and the choice of registered mail. Just write to us for the products you wish to purchase, and we will give you the quotation, complete with delivery charges according to the country where you reside. We will send you an email invoice and Email Payment Method (eGHL) which you can made the payment through the Email Payment Method (eGHL) to us.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with us. You can return your order in their original packaging within 7 days upon receiving for a refund or exchange. In any rare circumstance that your product/s has a defect or wrongly sent please contact us within this time frame.

Importance Notes:

- Please contact us before any return. We will reject any direct return without an advance request.

- Please include the Order ID Number in the Parcel.

- The returned product/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packing.

- Please ensure the parcel is packed and wrapped well to prevent any damage during postage.

- The customer is responsible for the safe arrival of the package at our return address.

- We highly recommend that you use a reliable service with tracking and keep the receipt as a proof of shipment.

- We will inspect the return and reserve the right to reject returns.

Exchange:

- Customer bears the return and re-delivery shipping costs.

- Exchange will be sent once the return is received.

Refund:

- The customer bears the return shipping costs.

- Full refund minus the initial shipping costs will be issued upon receiving the product/s.

- Refunds will be processed with method of payment used by the customer within 5 business days.

- Processing fees will be deducted if applicable during the refund process.

Defective / Wrongly Sent Products:

- In any rare case, if a product/s is defective or wrongly sent, we will bear all the shipping costs.

- For a defective or wrongly sent product/s, a new shipment will be sent upon receiving the proof of the returned product/s.

- If the right product is sent, with missing parts, the said parts will be shipped after contacting us.

Broken Product/s   /  Opened parcels:

- In any case, if a product/s is broken or parcel is opened after receiving the parcel, customer is required to inform the courier service at once.

- We are not responsible for any broken or opened parcel because our parcel are sent out in good condition and packing.

Returned Product/s Exemption:

Product/s that are exempt from being returned:

- Opened food & diet product/s

- Opened medication or vitamins

- Used sanitary product/s

- Used filters & pumps

- Used grooming tools

- Opened / used toys
